The Padi Internship Program arranges high impact internships in Indonesia for students from U.S. universities interested in meaningful work in a number of professional areas. To this date, Padi has completed close to 30 internships in the areas of social enterprise, community development, start-ups, environment, women, education, consulting, refugees and others. All internships are unpaid and last 6-8 weeks but can be extended to up to 6 months. Padi internships are individually designed to match students' goals, interests and skillsets.
