AICEF Overseas Travel Grants

Indonesian PhD Students at US universities planning field research for their dissertations in Indonesia are invited to apply for an AICEF Overseas Travel Research Grant. The grant period is July 1, 2021 through August 31, 2022. Grant Amount: $3,000.

AICEF originates the grants which are paid directly to the students. Upon their arrival in Indonesia, they are required to check in with AMINEF (a local foundation that administers the Fulbright Program). AMINEF’s Executive Director, Alan Feinstein, or a ranking staff member, further advises the student of protocols and ways to optimize the research experience. AMINEF seminars often are the first opportunity for these students to present their findings.

The application deadline is May 31, 2021 and grants will be awarded June 15, 2021. Click here for more information.
