The Foundation grants scholarships to Indonesian PhD students currently enrolled in an accredited US university or college for their dissertation research in Indonesia. These travel grants are typically $3,000.

General Requirements

Indonesian citizens and not permanent residents of the US
Currently enrolled in a doctoral program in the United States
Demonstrate a strong commitment to returning to Indonesia upon completion of the post-doctoral program
Have preparation in, and a demonstrated commitment to their chosen field of study
Demonstrate that they can realistically accomplish the research in Indonesia

Scholarship Application.
The most recent official transcript of your grades
Letter of recommendation from faculty advisor
Copy of current I-20
Copy of passport visa
Enrollment verification certifying that you are in good academic standing in your university
