As companies adjust and transition towards the new normal, there is no better time than now to address this lack of inclusivity for LGBT+ members in the workplace. To delve deep into this issue, Asia Society Philippines brings you "The New Normal in the Workplace: Importance of Promoting SOGIE-Inclusive Policies in Asian Organizations and Companies.”

Join the discussion via Facebook Live, in which professionals and experts from different LGBT organizations will discuss the importance and benefits of being more SOGIE-inclusive in the workplace. The conversation will be moderated by Atty. Claire De Leon, Secretary-General of LAGABLAB LGBT Network.

The webinar will discuss the following:

• The importance and benefits of implementing SOGIESC/Anti-Discrimination policies in Asian countries, especially in the workplace for employers and employees;

• Raising awareness on various campaigns of different organizations and groups in creating a more inclusive community;

•  Identifying what policies Asian companies and organizations should place to be considered as LGBTQ-inclusive;

• Determining how SOGIESC orientation and policies can be implemented by private institutions, organizations, companies, etc.
