I'm a Chinese-Indonesian who is currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Columbia University. I grew up in Indonesia before leaving to study abroad when I was 17. I did my undergraduate degree in Hong Kong and South Carolina. After undergraduate, I worked at the Jakarta local government for around 1.5 years. I am interested in social welfare policy (particularly education, health, and economic empowerment) in marginalized communities in Southeast Asia and Indonesia, especially in the Eastern parts of the country.
