Andrew Rowan

Andrew Rowan is an American entrepreneur who has lived and worked (across systems integration, public-private partnerships, content creation, crowdfunding, and startups) in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da Nang since 2013. He is the author of Startup Vietnam: Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Socialist Republic (2018), which captures the challenges, efforts, and successes of Vietnam’s youth, local startups, and foreign entrepreneurs throughout the transition from tradition to modernity.
