Christopher Ankersen

Christopher Ankersen is interested in the domestic politics and security policies of Cambodia and Thailand, as well as the security issues affecting Southeast Asia more broadly. His current projects include editing a volume of contributions on the political and security landscape in Thailand since 2014. Dr. Ankersen is a clinical associate professor at the Center for Global Affairs at New York University, where he teaches graduate courses on transnational security, civil-military relations, and the security of the Asia-Pacific region.
