Christopher R. Duncan is an Associate Professor of Anthropology at Rutgers University, Newark. He is also the Co-director of the Rutgers International Institute for Peace. His research interests include religious pluralism, peace-building in the aftermath of communal conflict, religious violence, and indigenous rights. He is the author of Violence and Vengeance: Religious Violence and Its Aftermath in Eastern in Indonesia (2014).
