Christopher Sperrazza

Christopher Sperrazza is a senior at Hunter College where he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and minor in Human Rights. With a passion for public service, Christopher has worked in various capacities in the New York City non-profit sector, and held public office as a member of his Community Board. His policy focus is in poverty reduction, specializing in homelessness and shelter reform. In the coming year as a Schwarzman Scholar he hopes to study China’s poverty reduction policy employed both domestically and internationally, in areas in Africa and Southeast Asia. Christopher is 21 years old and from the United States.
