Eugene Bourquin

The Rev. Deacon Dr. Eugene Bourquin is the Pastoral Missioner to the Deaf for the Episcopal Diocese of New York. He is retired from the national center on deafblindness in the USA. He resides in Manhattan and Chiang Mai. He consults with the Northern School for the Blind in Chiang Mai, and has frequently been a guest lecturer at programs for people with disabilities in Thailand including Ratchasuda College/Mahidol U. and Chiang Mai U.
