Joshua Uyheng

Joshua Uyheng is a computational political psychologist studying the narrative and network dynamics of online conflicts. He is a doctoral student in societal computing at Carnegie Mellon University, where his dissertation focuses on the formation, manipulation, and impacts of digital hate communities in the Asia-Pacific region. He obtained undergraduate degrees in psychology and mathematics at the Ateneo de Manila University. He serves as an assistant editor at Big Data & Society and an associate editor of The Peace Psychologist. He comes from and looks back to, the Philippines.
