Nguyen Thuy Duong is a lecturer at the Department of International Law, Hanoi Law University, majoring in International Law. She is responsible for two subjects for the 3rd year students in the University: ASEAN law and European Union Law. Her research interests include the precarious position of migrant workers in Southeast Asia, especially the undocumented ones. She is also interested in the implementation of trade and sustainable developments in Vietnam as required by new-generation FTAs that Vietnam has signed recently
