Theresia Octastefani (李玉風) is a Ph.D. Candidate in Asia-Pacific Regional Studies at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. In addition, she is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences and a Researcher at the Centre for Southeast Asian Social Studies, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She has interdisciplinary research interests in public policy, environmental politics, and regional development issues.
