I am a master's student in nutrition education at Teachers College, Columbia University with an educational background in medical anthropology. I am also a food and social justice writer. As an emerging educator and public health professional, I hope to work towards integrating nutrition education as a public health intervention and revitalizing indigenous food knowledge and ecological sustainability in Myanmar.
