In this paper published by NYSEAN Partner ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Phan Xuan Dung and Hoai Vu examine the trajectory of Vietnam-U.S. security cooperation in the upcoming years given the recently formed Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP).

Phan Xuan Dung is a Research Officer in the Vietnam Studies Programme of the ISEAS – Yusof Ishak Institute. Hoai Vu is a Research Assistant at the Institute for Foreign Policy and Strategic Studies under the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
