This monthly webinar series will provide opportunities for in-depth discussion and analysis of developments in the South China Sea over the past year and potential paths forward. This session will feature a keynote address by Assistant Secretary of State David R. Stilwell, followed by a panel discussion on the state of play in the South China Sea in 2020.
