John Harley Breen

John Harley Breen is an international relations advisor who works with governments, think tanks and NGOs on Southeast Asian affairs. He is currently based in New York where he works as a Political Advisor. John previously worked as a Research Analyst at the London School of Economics (LSE) Saw Swee Hock Southeast Asia Centre, and at the LSE Department of International Relations, where he focused on the British government’s re-engagement with Southeast Asia. Prior to the LSE, John lived in Phnom Penh where he worked with a Cambodian human rights NGO, advocating for political, social and economic reforms.
