I am a retired academic and now run an education nonprofit in Vietnam. I formed the Maryland Vietnam Partnership at the University of Maryland College Park in 1993, took university students to Vietnam, China, and Thailand for short term study abroad trips, and facilitated Fulbright, Ford and Humphrey Scholar exchanges.
