I am a Ph.D. student in the Indigenous Studies Program of the University of the Philippines-Baguio, where I concurrently teach anthropology courses. My research and development work focuses on Indigenous peoples and claims-making in the Philippines, as well as political constructions and re/presentations of Indigeneity. I am also interested in issues of human rights and transitional justice, collective flourishing, and storytelling as a research method. On the side, I tend my plants, collect ceramics, and try my hand at vulnerable writing.
