This event will serve as the launch of a report commissioned by The Asia Foundation, with support from The Carnegie Corporation of New York, assessing the prospects for US-China-Southeast Asian relations based upon a conference held in Bangkok in May 2024.

Kuik Cheng-Chwee is Professor of International Relations at the National University of Malaysia
Da Wei the Director of the Center for International Security and Strategy at Tsinghua University
About the moderator:
Ann Marie Murphy is Professor and Director of the Center for Foreign Policy Studies at Seton Hall University’s School of Diplomacy and International Relations. She is also a Co-Founder of the New York Southeast Asia Network (NYSEAN).
